Collectables & Classics Auction #2339

  • 20/04
  • 9:30 am - 7:00 pm AEST
  • 80-86 Highbury Road, Burwood VIC 3125

Abbeys signature auction is the monthly Collectables and Classics auction.

Featuring a wide range of collectables, from mid-century, vintage, retro and antique furniture, glassware, pottery, estate jewellery, vintage signs, figurines and lamps right through to rare items or ‘curios’, cultural artefacts, coins, stamps, paintings, toys, and all types of memorabilia. There are different items every month.

Whether you plan to keep the items yourself, or resell through your own collectables store, it’s worth looking through the Abbeys Collectables and Classics auction catalogue. Items in an Abbeys auction come from a multitude of locations. Commonly goods are from private collectors looking to downsize, deceased estates and shops with either too much stock, or limited space for holding it.

If you can visit the Abbeys auction rooms, it is well worth the visit. Each piece for auction is placed on display in Burwood Victoria for visitors to wander through and view in person.

Alternatively, the catalogue is available online for viewing and usually contains multiple photos of the image as well as dimensions if applicable.

Auctions take place online, commonly on the 3rd Saturday of every month and commence at 10am. Viewing and bidding commences 10 days prior to auction and bids can be placed on online, or by phone.

If you are interested in selling collectable items, the easiest way is to take photos of your items and upload them using our online form. Our valuers will provide you with an indication of the likely value of your items via return email. If you have a lot of items, contact us and a valuer will come to you or connect using video conferencing.
