Book and pay for your items

Congratulations and thank you for bidding at Abbeys Auctions. In order to receive your items as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions.

The first step is to book your collection time, or request delivery / postage. Once you have completed this step, you will be directed to our secure online payment portal. When payment has been received, we will prepare your items for pick up, postage or delivery.

Postage or Delivery Request

Please use the form below if you wish to have your items delivered or posted to you. We will email you an amended invoice including the cost of delivery / postage, which you can then use to pay for your items online.

* Note: Postage with Insurance incurs an additional $10 charge for every $500 of invoice value.
Postage Information (please note the following):
- Once postage has been paid, your items will be sent to Australia Post on the Wednesday or Thursday following the auction.
- An email will be sent to you with a tracking number once it has been initiated at Australia Post.
Our delivery day is the Monday following the auction you purchased items in. Please indicate your preference:
- Monday 9 – 12
- Monday 12 – 5
- Mondays do not suit. (Please specify below)
Please specify an alternative delivery window if Mondays do not suit.
e.g. Tuesday 9-12 or 12-5, Thursday 9-12.
If delivery is selected, please indicate if your property has limited access.
e.g. stairs, tight driveway, lift access, etc.
