Booking a Collection Time & Paying Online

You now have more options to book a collection time & pay for your auction items!

Here’s how it works:

1. After the auction has ended, you will be sent an email containing your invoice.

Check your invoice, and take note of the auction number you have purchased from.  It’s at the top right hand side of your invoice. You’ll need this to book your collection time.


2. Picking up in person, or need items posted / delivered?

The link in your email will direct you to a webpage which gives you the option to request a quote for delivery / postage, or to book your collection time online.


4. Log onto SocialQ, our Booking Service

Enter your bidder number and the auction number you purchased from, and then follow the prompts to book a collection date and time. You’ll be sent an SMS message to confirm your booking


5. Pay securely online

Once you have booked a collection time, the system will automatically take you to the secure payment portal.  Use your email address and bidder number to log in, then select the invoice(s) you want to pay, select Pay Now and enter your details.  Make sure you log out at the end of the process!

  • I don’t want to pay online. What can I do?

    You are still very welcome to pay via phone or in person. This is simply another option to pay and is particularly useful if you want to pay outside office hours.

  • Do I get a receipt?

    Yes, you will be emailed a receipt.

  • What is SocialQ?

    SocialQ is an appointment booking & platform that we chose to manage our booking calendar. It isused by many businesses across Australia and became very popular for businesses offering click and collect purchasing throughout the pandemic.

  • I don’t understand how this all works. What can I do?

    Please contact our office and one of our team members will walk you through the process, or offer you an alternative. We are here to help!

  • I didn’t receive an email. How do I pay?

    Please check your junk email as it may have gone into that folder. If you still can’t find it, please call our office and we will re-send the email to you straight away.

  • How do I know paying online is secure?

    We use eWay, who have 20+ years experience in delivering online payments to customers securely. More information can be found at www.eway.com.au.

  • What if I want to pay before the auction ends?

    If you’d like to organise booking a collection time and paying before the auction ends, please call us and we can arrange this for you.
